FLAT ROOFING SYSTEMS
We provide two systems for reroofing flat and low sloped roofs in Colorado, Wyoming, and Western Kansas. Both systems incorporate sprayed polyurethane insulation with different surfacing.

THE PERMAX or GE SYSTEM
POLYURETHANE INSULATION/COATING |
This system provides a double layer of protection against leaks. First a layer of closed cell polyurethane insulation forms a thick, seamless barrier to prevent water penetration. Then an elastomeric coating forms an additional shield against moisture and offers protection from our intense rays of the sun.
This unmatched dual protection makes the Permax system a leading choice of building owners and specifiers.
The system adds about R 6.5 to R 10 of valuable insulation to the roof.
This system is used in metal reroofing applications as well.
The system is UL and ICBO listed.

THE POLYSTONE SYSTEM
This system provides excellent waterproofing as well as resistance to mechanical damage. The system consists of a layer of closed cell polyurethane insulation surfaced with gravel (aggregate) at a rate of 5 lbs per square foot. The system is very economical and provides great value as well as enduring performance.
The system provides about R 10 to R 13 or more of additional insulation. In addition the system is UL Class A listed.
